Ms. Yanying Li is a partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm based in Beijing. Ms. Li has long been dedicated to intellectual property legal services, with a focus on complex IP litigation and high‑impact IP non‑litigation matters. She has achieved outstanding and favorable outcomes across a wide range of IP disputes, including patents, software copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition and trade secrets, effectively safeguarding clients’ core legal rights and interests.

Mr. Weng has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in international affairs and has served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 listed company. He previously worked as a lawyer and partner at two leading domestic law firms, where he focused on cross-border dispute resolution and investment & M&A in the areas of international trade and maritime law. During this period, he represented clients in numerous complex international arbitration cases, gaining substantial practical experience in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), and others.

Ms. Cao Xinbei excels in assisting clients in optimizing their daily labor and personnel management affairs, as well as handling labor and personnel disputes and litigation-related controversies. She provides legal services such as consultation, document drafting, system revision, issuance of legal opinions, and internal training regarding employee onboarding and offboarding, working hours management, salary and performance, and other labor and personnel management matters. She is adept at assisting foreign-funded enterprises with their daily labor and personnel management.
