Zihan Liu is a Partner at Beijing AnJie Broad Law Firm. Her practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, capital markets matters, cross-border investments and acquisitions, as well as commercial arbitration.

Ms. Liu regularly advises investment institutions, technology companies and founders on equity financing, strategic investments and related transactions. She has experience acting for both investors and companies across multiple financing stages, and is also involved in investment-related dispute resolution.

Her recent work spans a number of technology-driven and regulated sectors, including life sciences and healthcare, artificial intelligence and related technologies, new energy vehicles and autonomous driving. Advised a high-precision positioning technology company on Series A and Series B financings involving well-known strategic and financial investors, and provided ongoing legal services.
Advised an AI vision technology company on angel and Series A financings and assisted with the design of its employee equity incentive plan, as well as providing general corporate legal support.
