Ms. Wang holds dual bachelor's degrees in the Japanese Language and Law from Sichuan International Studies University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, respectively, and a Master of Science in Chinese Environmental Studies from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Ms. Wang studied in Japan and has extensive experience in providing foreign-related legal services. In 2022, She was recognized as a leading foreign-related lawyer in Guangzhou and was invited by the Guangzhou Justice Bureau to serve as a “Specially-Invited Mediator” for foreign-related legal disputes. Additionally, she is a legal expert at the non-litigation legal center in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, China.

For many years, Ms. Wang has been dedicated to offering legal services to foreign investors looking to establish entities in China, amassing extensive experience in foreign-investment operations. Her expertise includes foreign investment, labor management, administrative licensing, company operations, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy liquidation, legal risk control, compliance management, strategic consulting for foreign enterprises operating in China, and advisory services for Chinese enterprises and investors entering Japan, Hong Kong SAR (China), Macao SAR (China), and Southeast Asian countries. Since 2001, Ms. Wang has served as a legal advisor to numerous prominent foreign enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies in sectors such as automotive manufacturing, trading, home appliances, papermaking, chemicals, food, energy, education, technology, and publishing, among others.
