Mr. Ruoyang Jing is licensed to practice law in both China and New York State. He primarily focuses on non-litigation legal practice, with key areas of expertise including PE/VC Investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, general corporate law matters, and corporate compliance. His practice spans industrial sectors such as semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, medicine and health, software, AI, TMT, consumer retail, financial technology, blockchain, etc.

Since the beginning of his practice, Mr. Jing has successfully completed more than one hundred transactions for his clients, with the total transaction value exceeding tens of billions of RMB. He has represented a large number of renowned private funds and companies in domestic and cross-border PE/VC investment and financing deals. He has also represented a number of companies in considerable M&A and restructuring deals. In addition, Mr. Jing has offered fund formation services for several domestic and overseas funds and has provided general corporate law services to many enterprises.

Transactions completed by Mr. Jing have been recognized as “Deals of the Year 2021” and “Deals of the Year 2022” by the China Business Law Journal.
