  • Represented a large joint venture investment bank in China in a series of securities litigations concerning misrepresentation in disclosure materials related to a Chinese-listed company.
  • Represented a large national machinery manufacturer in a judicial dissolution procedure against a joint-venture company and advised the manufacturer in a USD 500 million international arbitration on a joint-venture contract dispute against two Canadian shareholders.
