Representative Cases

• Represented a variety of domestic and foreign entities in filing administrative enforcement cases to Jiangsu and Hebei IP Administration. Handled patent ownership dispute cases and patent infringement cases in Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, Ningbo Intermediate People's Court, Suzhou Intermediate People's Court and Supreme People's Court.
• Represented certain amount of software companies, game companies to handle many of computer software copyright infringement disputes, computer software development contract disputes, computer software copyright licensing contract disputes and other software-related cases in intermediate courts, IP courts across the country and Supreme People's Court.
• Represented Honeywell v. a Foshan based company for infringement of trademark rights, pursued liability against the liquidating obligor and ultimately obtained a full support of damage. The case was nominated as “2021-2022 Top Ten Protection Cases” by QBPC.
• Represented a Shandong based company v. a Chongqing based company, successfully helped the client to have its brand name recognized as on of the “Influential Enterprise Brand Names” for the first time via judicial proceedings.
• Represented a Shanghai based company in the appeal of a trademark infringement dispute. Even the case was lost in the first trial, further represented the defendant and eventually won the appeal, with all claims dismissed.
• Represented DuPont in the case of Wu suspected of counterfeiting registered trademarks, the case was named as “2022 Typical Cases of Shanghai Procuratorial Organs Serving and Protecting Hongqiao ‘s Innovation Drive” by Shanghai People's Procuratorate.
• Represented Unilever in the case of Zhang and a Yiwu based company suspected of copyright infringement and counterfeiting of registered trademarks, the case was named as “2018 Typical Cases of Procuratorial Organs’ Protection of Intellectual Property Rights” by Supreme People‘s Procuratorate.
