• Representing Ningxia Mingdu Group (“Mingdu”) as its counsel in the case of Mingdu v Heyuan Capital (an investment dispute arbitrated in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ( “CIETAC”), RMB170 million), and wining in full.
• Representing New Studio Company as its counsel in the case of New Studio v Letv Network (a copyright dispute litigated in Beijing Chaoyang District Court, RMB 50 million), and wining in full.
• Representing China Cultural Industry Investment Fund as its counsel in the case of China Cultural Industry Investment Fund v Zeus Entertainment (a Chines A share listed Company, with the code of 002354) (an investment dispute later altered to bankruptcy reorganization in Dalian Intermediate Court, the disputing amount being RMB 35 million), winning in full and successfully completing the bankruptcy reorganization.
• Representing Shanghe Capital in several cases arbitrated in CIETAC and wining in full.
• Representing Humanbrain in several cases litigated in Beijing & Nanjing court, as well as arbitrated in CIETAC and wining.
