Before joining Broad & Bright, Mr. Weng practiced in Tokyo and Shanghai Offices of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, one of the leading law firms in Japan, for 11 years and has extensive experience in his major practice areas. Mr. Weng has participated in a great number of investment and acquisition as the leading counsel on behalf of Japanese investors in China and has provided comprehensive services for foreign-invested and domestic enterprises in terms of daily operation, compliance management, debt claim, quality control, reorganization, winding-up and liquidation, labor dispute resolution, anti-commercial bribery and foreign-related dispute resolution. In the area of overseas listing, he represented several Chinese companies in their overseas listing.
