Hellen has practiced in labor and employment law in China for over 15 years as a trusted advisor and experienced litigator.

Hellen works closely with clients to solve problems and implement smart business solutions as efficiently as possible. Her significant experience includes providing strategic counsel to business executives and Human Resources management on all aspects of the employment relationship, especially in non-competition and trade secret protection, disputes with senior managements, compliance investigation and formulation of rules and regulation.

While a seasoned litigator, Hellen has a wealth of experience litigating employment law cases in court and in arbitration, and she has managed complex cases for a great many renowned enterprises. Hellen leads or participate in the design and implementation of more than 30 staff settlement projects in the process of companies’ relocation, restructuring and dissolution, helping the clients to effectively and efficiently settle a mass of employees.
