On March 10, 2025, Imeik Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“IMEIK”, stock code: 300896.SZ) announced its plan to acquire an 85% stake in REGEN Biotech, Inc. (“REGEN”), a Korean company, through its subsidiary, Imeik International Limited (“IMEIK International”). The purchase price for the 85% stake is approximately $190 million, with the remaining REGEN shares set to be acquired within the next 18 months. IMEIK’s board of directors has approved the share purchase agreement between IMEIK International and the transaction counterparties.

IMEIK is a leading innovative company specializing in the research, development, and commercialization of biomaterials and biopharmaceutical products. The acquisition target, REGEN, focuses on the research, production, and sales of medical materials, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products. Its core products include regenerative injectable fillers, which have been registered and approved in 34 countries and regions, supported by an extensive distribution network. This transaction marks a critical step in IMEIK’s internationalization strategy, further solidifying its leadership in the dermal filler market, enhancing profitability and core competitiveness, and driving sustainable future growth.
